Sea Salt Double Chocolate Muffins Yummy…..

~what you will need…

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons strong coffee
3½ tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips
sea salt
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon milk

~for the muffins…

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa, and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl stir the milk, coffee, oil, egg, and vanilla. Mix the dry into the wet ingredients just combined. Add the chocolate chips. Spoon into a prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full, bake for 15 minutes or until the muffins spring back when you touch the top.

~for the glaze…

Whisk the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk together to make a smooth glaze. Add milk a teaspoon at a time you want it to be pretty thick so that it sticks to the sides of the muffin.
After muffins have cooled, drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with a pinch of coarse sea salt.
