Sticky Sweet Bacon…..perfect.

preheat oven to 300
line a sheet pan with foil and top with wire rack

~6 tablespoons Maple Syrup
~6 tablespoons Brown Sugar
~2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
~1/2 teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
~1 pound Thick Cut Bacon (about 12 slices)

mix the first 4 ingredients together, dredge the bacon in the mixture and place on rack, do not overlap.

bake for 45-55 minutes

remove from oven and let cool on rack for 3-4 minutes.

It’s a great day at the Cottage.
